Carrying the Woman

Two zen monks were travelling. They came to a ford of a stream that was running high, and the current was strong and frightening looking. An attractive young lady was standing at the ford, looking nervous. She clearly was afraid to cross, but had an important reason to go. Without a word, the older of the two monks lifted her in his arms and waded across the stream, and placed her safely on the far bank. The younger monk looked shocked at this action, but kept his silence for quite some number of miles as they continued their journey. Finally, he blurted out "You know that it is against the rules of our order to have any contact with women. How could you do that?".
The older monk replied "I put her down when I reached the other side of the river. You, on the other hand, have been carrying her this whole way."

Kalu Rinpoche

Tao

The Tao that can be trodden is not the enduring and
unchanging Tao. The name that can be named is not the enduring and
unchanging name.

(Conceived of as) having no name, it is the Originator of heaven
and earth; (conceived of as) having a name, it is the Mother of all
things.

Always without desire we must be found,
If its deep mystery we would sound;
But if desire always within us be,
Its outer fringe is all that we shall see.

Under these two aspects, it is really the same; but as development
takes place, it receives the different names. Together we call them
the Mystery. Where the Mystery is the deepest is the gate of all that
is subtle and wonderful.

Tao Te Ching

The way to simplicity

Tao, Zen, Bushido have been always part of my path since long time ago now, my first reflection was on Tao Te Ching early stage of my quest, in this world we like tribes and so on I look like maverick but that fine I assume.

Late Kalu Rinpoche say we should learn from all kind of Buddhism, first I love this teaching and second the view of Kalu rinpoche is when you learn from Buddhism you don't care about the traditions you just learn.

Whatever is Zen, Theravada and so on still the same four noble truth, lately you find out that the zen tradition expand to Tao and you can find on every dharma centre from Tibetan tradition a Zen group or Tai chi or Qi gong master what is really good.

I am from Shambhala lineage true at the moment I don't go often to the group working on my professional project and also working on my daily practice but I still part of this lineage I love the teaching of Chogyam trungpa rinpoche and also love the teaching of the Sakyong mipham rinpoche and follow them with faith.
In our world today we are lucky to have all this precious teaching in some way we student build right now the way of the future we holding by taking this teaching and promote them to the world, Tibetan buddhism, Zen, Tao, Bushido are one great teaching on virtue and how we can more accept ourself and work on daily basis that true on my case I love do what I can call a Zen session during my session practice of the day.

Tao and Buddhism have always been complementing each others, you can see that on Buddhism of today and also on Tao of today both still complement each other like Tai chi course in Tibetan Buddhism centre.

When we are practising a path at one point we drop the label and take a teaching for a teaching, whatever the label is if that help us to go forward that the main point, wisdom and compassion have the same taste whatever we call the rest.

Tea Master

A master of the tea ceremony in old Japan once accidentally slighted a soldier. He quickly apologized, but the rather impetuous soldier demanded that the matter be settled in a sword duel. The tea master, who had no experience with swords, asked the advice of a fellow Zen master who did possess such skill. As he was served by his friend, the Zen swordsman could not help but notice how the tea master performed his art with perfect concentration and tranquillity. "Tomorrow," the Zen swordsman said, "when you duel the soldier, hold your weapon above your head, as if ready to strike, and face him with the same concentration and tranquillity with which you perform the tea ceremony." The next day, at the appointed time and place for the duel, the tea master followed this advice. The soldier, readying himself to strike, stared for a long time into the fully attentive but calm face of the tea master. Finally, the soldier lowered his sword, apologized for his arrogance, and left without a blow being struck.

CONFUSION MAY SEEM LUXURIOUS

Basically we are trying to put a stop to frivolity of any kind. Frivolity is an interesting word. It can mean being crazy and indulging unnecessarily in a very crude fashion, but it could also mean indulging in something in the name of humour and overdoing it slightly. If you are embarrassed to deal with a particular subject, you find another subject to discuss. If you are tired of drinking vodka, you switch to sake. If you are bored with talking to one person, you switch to somebody else. Frivolity is anything that creates further confusion, or the longing for further confusion. Confusion may seem luxurious: when you no longer have it, you begin to miss that confusion, and you would like to re-create it. It is like going back to an adult bookshop and getting more magazines. But with discipline, you control any form of potential escape from reality.

To heal yourself you must use the right medicine

first in Buddha dharma there's 84000 teaching and we have to know we can not all use the teaching, some are made for us some not.

Make that simple east or west we like to accumulate things but when that come to spiritual we should maybe wait a bit, this reflection come when today I was looking to my both MP3 player and my tablet and also all the books I have about Buddha dharma some books I clearly need for now and all the rest I need for later.

This post will be both self help and buddhism, first come first, OK if you got to the doctor, he will give the medicine to you after if you are afraid to be sick again maybe you buy different medicine in case of another flue come to you.

But one for you health that not so good it's better to see the doctor twice and for spirituality it's like jumping in Ferrari without have the driving licence, a good advice come to me the last summer from Dorzin Rinpoche when you want study Buddha Dharma you should study part by part, that mean when you want know about Karma study karma do not study sutras if want study karma.
That look easy but not so easy, because you have to focus just on that, that mean learning distraction still distraction and without focus there's no result .

But don't worry that working also for life I keep always the two eyes open, when you want to achieve something and you need to learn what you need to achieve the things you like to achieve whatever it's, if you want to become entrepreneur you study how to be entrepreneur, if you like to be teacher you study to be teacher, but you will not study how to be entrepreneur to become teacher and so on.

But both spiritual than life it's always good to learn new things, because without this knowledge of the path our life is going no where, like Bruce Lee say “poor learning is misery” and also Musashi say “ Better to be expert in one things than beginner in two” to understand and make this two saying clear, when we learn something we should focus on this learning and when we master it them we can learn a new things.

So at the end both in life and spirituality you don't need to have a pharmacy full of stuff you just need to have in the right time in the right moment.

Controversy is waste of time

Controversy is a state of prolonged public dispute or debate, usually concerning a matter of conflicting opinion or point of view. The word was coined from the Latin controversia, as a composite of controversus – "turned in an opposite direction," from contra– "against" – and vertere – to turn, or versus (see verse), hence, "to turn against."
The most applicable or well known controversial subjects, topics or areas are politics, religion and sex.Other areas of controversy include history and philosophy. Other minor yet prominent areas of controversy are economics, science, finances, culture, education, the military, society, celebrities, organisation, the media, age, gender, and race. Controversy in matters of theology has traditionally been particularly heated, giving rise to the phrase odium theologicum. Controversial issues are held as potentially divisive in a given society, because they can lead to tension and ill will, as a result they are often taboo to be discussed in the light of company in many cultures.

In our world today we always have this culture to find what's wrong and make that a controversy, in Buddhism like in other path that world wide sports and the west got the gold medal for that.

We like to debate on what is wrong or not, we are like in Judge dredd in this world perfectly pure, but we will judge who make mistakes in this world.

I don't say that good nor bad, but wait a minutes in stead to act like sheep, first we have to say who have clean hands in this world ?

Raise your hands all of us have not clean hands we making all something wrong by one way or another, we all subject in law of karma cause and effect, no worry the wheel of sharp weapons will come back by one way or another.

I think what is important is to find a good way for those who practice find the good Lama the one we trust can be not just one lama yeah is all about that identify who's the one we have to follow like Tilopa and Naropa or Marpa and Milarepa, that for the path of spirituality.

In our daily life most of the lama say we should not take position in gossip that only brings us wrong deed, so all this controversy are not just more than that, we spend a precious time doing this in stead of studding the dharma for example, yeah all of that is waste of time and I have decide to write this post because I want to open the eyes of those who read hear, when we can do something to change this world that good, when that makes only talk and gossiping is waste of time and that no more than just another bad distraction make us do evil karma again.

One recitation of the Vajra Guru mantra will grant a physical body and entry into this world.  Any sentient being who sees, hears, or thinks of the mantra will definitely be established among the ranks of the male and female Awareness Holders.  The infallible Vajra Guru mantra is the word of truth; if what you wish for does not happen as I have promised, I, Padma, have deceived sentient beings—absurd!  I have not deceived you—it will happen just as I’ve promised.

If you are unable to recite the mantra, use it to adorn the tops of victory banners and prayer flags; there is no doubt that sentient beings touched by the same wind will be liberated.  Otherwise, carve it on hillsides, trees, and stones; after they are consecrated, anyone who merely passes by and sees them will be purified of illness, spirit possession, and obscuration   Spirits and demons dwelling in the area will offer wealth and riches.  Write it in gold on pieces of indigo paper and hang them up; demons, obstacle-makers, and evil spirits will be unable to harm you.  If you place the mantra upon a corpse immediately upon death and do not remove it, during cremation rainbow colours will flash out and the consciousness will definitely be transferred to the Blissful Realm of Amitabha.  The benefits of writing, reading and reciting the Vajra Guru mantra are immeasurable.  For the benefit of sentient beings in the future, write this down and conceal it.  May it meet with those of fortune and merit.  Samaya Gya Gya Gya
From those with wrong views, this is sealed to secrecy.  Gya Gya Gya
It is entrusted to those with pure samaya.  Gya Gya Gya

Dharma in centre of life

In kagyu tradition the 4 session practice is traditionally practice as Lama Teunsang one have explain in teaching, there's 1 early morning session, 1 day session, 1 end of the day session and finally 1 for the night .

Part of my experience sometimes we have lay life, we all have to work and most of us live with partners so we all got the same challenge everyday for us plus all kind of distractions around us.

This morning I have got this two trough coming up, the first one I want to achieve my challenge I have say I will do to Lama Teunsang for my devotion on the kagyu lineage, the second was the teaching was giving to me by Lama Yeshe Losal Rinpoche in Edinburgh and I remind all the hardship he got to fix is mind in the write way simply because like us before in put the dharma in the centre of his life he was just looking on the distraction of the samsara.

All of this have bring me to this today, we all make choice in life some of us want to simply enjoy the life some of us have different view but we for those who have make the choice of practice the dharma that mean do our session and learn the dharma, practice in everyday life, that really practising the dharma, Garchen Rinpoche say that we have to do everyday to really practice the dharma.

So yes like others path like Islam, Christianity or Hinduism, Sikhs and so on whatever you practice our dharma have to be the centre of our life, for some that look weird “Why put the spirituality in centre of our life” actually that few years I look and see the difference, when I was with no dharma in centre of my life, my life was monotone and not enjoyable for many reasons, when I take this path really my life start to change from the inside.

Like have say I start young this path because I was not happy in life and I was looking for a meaning of life, the meaning is help others everyday more and more practice for sake of all beings, for those who not practice the buddha dharma that look strange but at the end, when we look to our time we have plenty of things sure, but all this go away in time of death.

A spiritual life is something really important, when we engage on it we change our mind from pure ego to helping others, like the Buddha say samsara is suffering, we are delude by all this distraction around us we forget to reclaim our mind .

To finish this post at the end to find happiness or not is all questions of choice, in personal experience I met lot of peoples not quite spiritual was looking happy but inside they was not and in others hand I met also peoples was really happy to practice the spiritual path but that can be also different with everybody.

Look between your two ears

Don't follow the crowd

A man who wants to lead the orchestra must turn his back on the crowd
Mas Lucado

I start this reflection since few years now, today I hit the 34 and I feel I was true since day one, kid I was bored by music everybody was listening I was always looking for those who take another way, I am maybe a bit cynical but when I look to those who have follow the move at the end they don't look so happy, worst they look depress but those who have take another way they look clearly happy.

I look a doc on music recently to this people have not clearly education was totally bully by our society yeah but this people make more money in one hours than all of us because in some point they have understand our society is good on some way but if you follow to much the crowd you just finish dead in slaughterhouse not so happy and without any meaning to our life, yes death is always the end in our life.

Even in Buddhism we have the example of Lama Milarepa who chose to be the yogi and live a life without norms.

In our society we race since we born to stand that start since day one we are happy when we born and soon the first school appear we become sad, follow the crowd sometimes bring us to the black hole of depression and so on.

So for some of us that good to follow for some others that just not the write way, we all got our way no matter what we got our own path and others have nothing to do in our own path because if we lose this freedom can it's lose what is our essence .

The middle way

this post come finally after a long work on background I have decide to post it today for various reasons, in our path sometimes we are let say to lose or to tight.

So first what's the middle way definition, that come when the Buddha was meditating on side of river and one day he listen a sitar teacher talking to his student saying if you tune the sitar to tight them the string broke if you tune the sitar to lose then the string don't ring.

It was a revolution for the Buddha to hear that it was his first discovery on the middle way, the path call the eightfold path and also that the right view and so on.

Ok now back in our busy daily life how we can work on the middle path in our daily life, may the first key is less judge others and also life with ethic.

That the first key the right live hood in our 21st century can be really different for each others but the centre of this life have to be the dharma practice.

The right effort for that one that mean both study the dharma and practice the techniques, use also in daily life.

To follow this middle path like say Lama Zopa Rinpoche it's easy to practice dharma in our time we got everything to turn our mind in the write direction and make mass of merit everyday.

Because we got everything easily compare to pass time so follow our path is more easy than ever and the only big think block us that us .

There is no life without obstacles

There is no life without obstacles, there’s no life without problems, there’s no life without controversies. It’s unavoidable. It’s impossible to say: “I have a life, and I would like it to be completely peaceful.”

As practitioners, as Buddhists, we try to use whatever obstacles are there and transform them into something meaningful. By doing so we actually learn so much about how to progress, and we develop a wider perspective of life.

Our first guru, lama is buddha

As buddhist sometimes with the time we forget because refuge become an habit and our master is this great rinpoche and so on.

Our first master is the buddha, all the sutras and tantras we read all this teaching come from the only cause the buddha was here and have give teaching.

If shakyamuni buddha was not here and do not give the dharma teaching in first place maybe we will even more sick than we are right now.

So we should recollect that to our mind everyday we are lucky to both have the precious human life and also the teaching of the buddha.

Practice to the zafu and everyday life, both of course are important in our spiritual path it's like building a stupa you do not start by the top.

For this reason we have to thankful for this precious teaching and masters we got because they are all buddhas activities.

Learned from the wild

Remember the 4 troughts

  1. thinking about appreciating the precious human life,
  2. thinking about death and impermanence, that the opportunities that we have now with this precious existence are not going to last,
  3. thinking about the laws of karma and cause and effect, in other words how our behavior affects what we experience,
  4. thinking about the disadvantages of samsara, of uncontrollably recurring rebirth.

In our modern time we forget easely how we can lost our life fast, we should get up in morning and say thank you “I'm alive” in stead we get in morning and complain, looking for even more troubles.

Yes life is gift and we should even taking care more of each others, everyday like say buddha we discover what's dharma and that what life is love and caring for others.

That it for today may all beings be happy

Atisha Lojong

Lojong was originally brought to Tibet by an Indian Buddhist teacher named Atisha. It is a mind training practice in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition and is based on a set of aphorisms formulated in Tibet in the 12th century by Geshe Chekhawa. The practice involves refining and purifying one’s motivations and attitudes.
The 59 proverbs that form the root text of the mind training practice are designed as a set of antidotes to undesired mental habits that cause suffering.
Point One: The preliminaries, which are the basis for dharma practice
Slogan 1. First, train in the preliminaries; The Four Reminders or alternatively called The Four Thoughts
1. Maintain an awareness of the preciousness of human life.
2. Be aware of the reality that life ends; death comes for everyone; Impermanence.
3. Recall that whatever you do, whether virtuous or not, has a result; Karma.
4. Contemplate that as long as you are too focused on self-importance and too caught up in thinking about how you are good or bad, you will experience suffering. Obsessing about getting what you want and avoiding what you don’t want does not result in happiness; Ego.
Point Two: The main practice, which is training in bodhicitta.
Absolute Bodhicitta
Slogan 2. Regard all dharma as dreams; although experiences may seem solid, they are passing memories.
Slogan 3. Examine the nature of unborn awareness.
Slogan 4. Self-liberate even the antidote.
Slogan 5. Rest in the nature of alaya, the essence, the present moment.
Slogan 6. In postmeditation, be a child of illusion.
Relative BodhicittaSlogan 7. Sending and taking should be practiced alternately. These two should ride the breath (aka. Practice Tonglen).
Slogan 8. Three objects, Three Poisons, Three Roots of Virtue
The Three Objects are friends, enemies and neutrals. The Three Poisons are craving, aversion and indifference. The Three Roots of Virtue are the remedies.
Slogan 9. In all activities, train with slogans.
Slogan 10. Begin the sequence of sending and taking with yourself.
Point Three: Transformation of Bad Circumstances into the Way of Enlightenment
Slogan 11. When the world is filled with evil, transform all mishaps into the path of bodhi.
Slogan 12. Drive all blames into one.
Slogan 13. Be grateful to everyone.
Slogan 14. Seeing confusion as
The Four Kayas is unsurpassable shunyata protection.
The Four Kayas are Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, Nirmanakaya, Svabhavikakaya. Thoughts have no birthplace, thoughts are unceasing, thoughts are not solid, and these three characteristics are interconnected. Shunyata can be described as “complete openness.”
Slogan 15. The Four practices are the best of methods. The Four Practices are: accumulating merit, laying down evil deeds, offering to the dons, and offering to the dharmapalas.
Slogan 16. Whatever you meet unexpectedly, join with meditation.
Point Four: Showing the Utilization of Practice in One’s Whole Life
Slogan 17. Practice The Five Strengths, the condensed heart instructions. The Five Strengths are: strong determination, familiarization, the positive seed, reproach, and aspiration
Slogan 18. The Mahayana instruction for ejection of consciousness at death is The Five Strengths: how you conduct yourself is important. When you are dying practice The Five Strengths.
Point Five: Evaluation of Mind Training
Slogan 19. All dharma agrees at one point — All Buddhist teachings are about lessening the ego, lessening one’s self-absorption.
Slogan 20. Of the two witnesses, hold the principal one — You know yourself better than anyone else knows you
Slogan 21. Always maintain only a joyful mind.
Slogan 22. If you can practice even when distracted, you are well trained.
Point Six: Disciplines of Mind Training
Slogan 23. Always abide by The Three Basic Principles — Dedication to your practice, refraining from outrageous conduct, developing patience.
Slogan 24. Change your attitude, but remain natural.– Reduce ego clinging, but be yourself.
Slogan 25. Don’t talk about injured limbs — Don’t take pleasure contemplating others defects.
Slogan 26. Don’t ponder others — Don’t take pleasure contemplating others weaknesses.
Slogan 27. Work with the greatest defilements first — Work with your greatest obstacles first.
Slogan 28. Abandon any hope of fruition — Don’t get caught up in how you will be in the future, stay in the present moment.
Slogan 29. Abandon poisonous food.
Slogan 30. Don’t be so predictable — Don’t hold grudges.
Slogan 31. Don’t malign others.
Slogan 32. Don’t wait in ambush — Don’t wait for others weaknesses to show to attack them.
Slogan 33. Don’t bring things to a painful point — Don’t humiliate others.
Slogan 34. Don’t transfer the ox’s load to the cow — Take responsibility for yourself.
Slogan 35. Don’t try to be the fastest — Don’t compete with others.
Slogan 36. Don’t act with a twist — Do good deeds without scheming about benefiting yourself.
Slogan 37. Don’t turn gods into demons — Don’t use these slogans or your spirituality to increase your self-absorption
Slogan 38. Don’t seek others’ pain as the limbs of your own happiness.
Point Seven: Guidelines of Mind Training
Slogan 39. All activities should be done with one intention.
Slogan 40. Correct all wrongs with one intention.
Slogan 41. Two activities: one at the beginning, one at the end.
Slogan 42. Whichever of the two occurs, be patient.
Slogan 43. Observe these two, even at the risk of your life.
Slogan 44. Train in
The Three Difficulties.
Slogan 45. Take on
The Three Principal Causes: the teacher, the dharma, the sangha.
Slogan 46. Pay heed that
The Three Never Wane: gratitude towards one’s teacher, appreciation of the dharma (teachings) and correct conduct.
Slogan 47. Keep the three inseparable: body, speech, and mind.
Slogan 48. Train without bias in all areas. It is crucial always to do this pervasively and wholeheartedly.
Slogan 49. Always meditate on whatever provokes resentment.
Slogan 50. Don’t be swayed by external circumstances.
Slogan 51. This time, practice the main points: others before self, dharma, and awakening compassion.
Slogan 52. Don’t misinterpret.
The 6 thing you may misinterpret are patience, yearning, excitement, compassion, priorities and joy. Your patient when you’ll get your way, but not when its difficult. You yearn for worldly things, instead of an open heart and mind. You get excited about wealth and entertainment, instead of your potential for enlightenment. You have compassion for those you like, but none for those you don’t. Worldly gain is your priority rather than cultivating loving-kindness and compassion. You feel joy when you enemies suffer, and do not rejoice in others’ good fortune.
Slogan 53. Don’t vacillate (in your practice of Lojong).
Slogan 54. Train wholeheartedly.
Slogan 55. Liberate yourself by examining and analyzing: Know your own mind with honesty and fearlessness.
Slogan 56. Don’t wallow in self-pity.
Slogan 57. Don’t be jealous.
Slogan 58. Don’t be frivolous.
Slogan 59. Don’t expect applause.

Art of peace / Art of war

For to win one hundred victories in one hundred battles is not the acme of skill. To subdue the enemy without fighting is the acme of skill.
Sun Tzu

As soon as you concern yourself with the "good" and "bad" of your fellows, you create an opening in your heart for maliciousness to enter. Testing, competing with, and criticizing others weakens and defeats you.
Morihei Ueshiba

Tonight I feel to speak about this two treates both by two great masters, art of war by sun Tzu and art of peace by morihei Ueshiba.

When we first look on art of war we think how but that rude, but when we start to meditate the first stance as to win battle is to subdue the enemy without fighting.

And when we look to the art of peace show us that the bushido ultimate way is to get enlightenment , in that case what we don't know that modern army still use art of war and also modern martial art use the both art of war and art of peace.

In martial arts first thing we know it's how to avoid fight, but when we look to modern world we think but this people still using art of war if you don't know that I inform you that us army and European army during the golf war have use two strategy of art of war to win but should we use the first one of do not fight !

In our world we look for peace but we still knocking the bell of war maybe we should also learn from this great master that the goal of all of this isn't to conquered others but to conquered ourself.

In my personal life I use the both for my business and daily life, but I also use this principal from buddhism watch the cause and the effects always look to the final result before moving forward.

When we look to the world today we have plenty wisdom to avoid what we know that's happening around the world because we have all this precious teaching from past warriors and also great wises and buddhas, Lao Tzu say : When virtue is lost, benevolence appears, when benevolence is lost right conduct appears, when right conduct is lost, expedience appears, expediency is the mere shadow of right and truth ; it is the beginning of disorder.

At the moment we should work hard on virtue and compassion to change our world today.

Modern witch hunt

I don't know if the media think they are Jeanne of arc but since few month I feel a bit worry about what doing the media.

For the simple reasons because we are in this time of crisis and we making big everything media start a witch hunt on psychic they show charlatan and make those who are real psychic path for purely illuminate peoples.

I'm a psychic since birth I have also work in platform for years, helping peoples over the phone and yes some of the people was working with me was not psychic I have test some of them, but some others are really psychic, in this proses I have save one person from suicide because she was desperate, I have help another to simply stop to calling the platform for just be in confidence, I have see so many peoples lost and there are many more.

Now I clearly understand on some way why Lama Zopa rinpoche was both sad and compassionate in the view of our world thinking what we life is purely real, to see this witch hunting on media, have show me how our world is so material and we take that for granted, we looking for answers from the new religion the “science” but until now most the teaching of all kind of religion wasn't able to be proof by “science” except “quantum science” .

The buddha teaching and the science are closer on some point but generally the fact the science have try to proof are kind of hard to proof if you don't live you experience yourself.
To coming back to the witch hunt some of us have capacity to help others, like Lama Zopa say some of us have capacity to help others and should use it, in our society we have this strange idea to always look for the bad in each others and to retake what have say a journalist yesterday in the election of the new pope Francis, “ we are in this world and most of the people are lost and don't believe in anything and need point they can rely in and the pope is one of them”, that pretty clear we need some direction in our society and that nor “politics, science or material “ will help us on that but spiritual and working on us everyday yes.

Our new 21st century have start with the symbol of 911 putting to ash what was the our society, now our society turn to bad nightmare, we are full of anger we just forget what is the best on us eat everyday more and more by mass media and massive technology.
We blaming everybody “jobseekers, Foreigners, Mulsilms, Psychics, whatever” for our own misery but that really a pity because when we start to know the karma and know what is the cause and effect we start to say wait a minute “ I am part of this process I am in charge” and waiting for no one else to us except ourself.

This witch hunting on psychic have show me, how our society is totally desperate and how we need kind people to help us, yep sometimes that cost things to hire coach our to go to a Lama teaching or even to have some advice from a kind psychic that cost but we want everything but we are not able to pay the price.
At the end there's no one to blame except the ignorance that again a big proff that the world need desperaly to know dharma, cause and effect, love and compassion.

Pope Francis

It's was a moment to the see the new Christian pope, I take this opportunity to right this blog tonight, because I think for this time the Church have elect someone really compassionate.

Listen to him have show me how compassion is universal and yes like say Garchen rinpoche you don't need to be Buddhist to be compassionate.

The new pope come from Buenos aires so I make this wish that the Church will even more help the poor.

People in south america can celebrate so I send to them a to all the Christian Brothers community a big congratulation may all beings be heal by love and compassion.

Practicing Dharma at the Workplace

Let's return to your daily practice. After your morning meditation, have breakfast and set off for work. How are you going to practice Dharma at work? First, try to remember the kind heart and the motivation you cultivated in the morning. Throughout the day, continually remind yourself that you don't want to harm anybody, that you want to be of service to them, and that you seek to do all actions for the ultimate enlightenment of yourself and others. To remind yourself of this, you can use a frequent event as a trigger to call you back to your motivation. For example, every time you stop at a red light, instead of being irritated and thinking, "Why is this red light so long? I'm late for work!" think, "Today, I want to have a kind heart towards others." Thus the red light becomes an opportunity to remember the kind heart. When the telephone rings, instead of rushing to pick it up, first think, "May I be of service to whomever is on the line." Then answer the phone. Every time your pager goes off, calmly come back to the kind heart, then respond to the call. A friend told me that her trigger to come back to the kind heart was her children calling, "Mommy! Mommy!" Since this happened frequently throughout the day, she became familiar with the kind heart and also was much more patient with her children.Throughout the day, try to be aware of what you are thinking, feeling, saying, and doing, instead of living on "automatic." When we live on automatic, we go through life reacting to things but never really experiencing what life is about. This is why we feel out of touch with ourselves, like strangers to ourselves. For example, you get in the car and drive to work. When you got to work, if somebody asked you, "What did you think about during the half hour you were driving?" you probably wouldn't know. We are unaware of what is going on inside us. Yet a lot is going on and this influences how we feel about ourselves and how we relate to other people.
