Strive for enlightenment

No one saves us but ourselves. No one can and no one may. We ourselves must walk the path
Shakyamuni Buddha

In our time are we like Siddhartha Gautama himself before he realise the pain lost in all kind of pleasure, Garchen Rinpoche say to realise enlightenment we should cut all the roots of samsara all attachment.

In all this attachment we have in our time, when we find no satisfaction in our life at the end the real ultimate way to find happiness is realise our Buddha nature.

If we look in our time we can see some are really rich but not happy some lack of possession and also not happy, Garchen rinpoche talk about Milarepa was without any possession but was the most happy person on earth.

Do we maybe take the wrong way in our time ?

Also what is good that Buddha Dharma is more accessible than ever in our time so we can take this precious opportunity to practice on that.

Sometimes in our position we have to work and to take care of all the daily task we should do during the day but Milarepa say : When the dharma was closer to him, he was not interest on it at all, when he lost everything and the dharma was not there he was looking for the dharma more than everything else.

So are we finally like Milerapa looking everywhere to find happiness and when we lost everything we at the end looking for the Dharma.

I personally think we can find enlightenment in our life right now, even in our city and  working, like everything it's choice some make the choice of have fun some others make the choice of meditate and that absolutely fine.

Dharma is really accessible in our time by all kind of way, even in internet or facebook we can talk to some precious lama, we can strive for enlightenment and we can realise our nature that always up to us and nobody else.
