The teacher can open the door but you must enter by yourself

Our everyday life for those who practice, is constant battle between ( entertainment) and (practice) we are in this civilisation where the entertainment is huge even when we are kids the first things we know it's to entertain ourself.

Later in life we keep this habit and when life comes to end lot of us have regrets, when we look at our life, we want to have nice life be happy and so on.

But what it takes to be happy and we need to make action, we need to train ourself to learn skills and practice train on mind for those who have take refuge, it's like if you are an athlete but never train how you will be able to run .

If we take the simple example of the prostration in buddhism it's really hard and if we don't prepare our body for that it's kind wanted to climb the mount Everest without be trained.

Whatever our teacher are, a Lama, Coach, School teacher whatever, they are really kind to train us to take time to show us the way so if we don't take the step behind to follow the teaching and apply to our life it's purely a wast of time for them, we can have all the tool and all the teaching we want but if we never apply them they are wast.

In buddhism we have a lot of time this figure people want practice high tantra but they don't want prostrate or they don't want to preliminary practice, one of my personal example is Lama Tsongkhapa have performed millions of prostrations, another example is late Kalu Rinpoche he have performed prostration even when he was really old.
When we do whatever exercise dharmic or not it's always for our benefit when we take time to learn from course and so on all of this it's for our benefit so all kind of entertainment are useless we maybe bring fun but no more than that.

Procrastination is like decease in our 21st century !

Back on self discipline

Be honest with you when I feel to write this blog was because my purpose was to give to others, 2012 was really hard time for me and even don't talk about all the years before, but this year I have decide clearly to be back on the write track.

To develop good habit it's practice over and over again in 2012 I have feel it was time for me to work even more on myself than I was working before.

After that I have find the way I like to coach people and help them by all I have learn in all this years, that have give me a purpose, later again I found the spiritual way I take can also help people in daily life.

All I learn it's blow up the comfort zone, with the Bujinkan I start to build a new discipline and I'm happy .

It's all about that the different with success or not work hard on ourself, most of the time is doing the thing we don't like to do I found that also what is make you really happy at the end because when you achieve you will be happy.

Success without meaning of life is nothing

We all running for the success and happy life, but some have found the success but not happy life, so what's an happy life ?

When look on this definition of happy life, we have this statement :

Happiness is a state of mind or feeling characterized by contentment, love, satisfaction, pleasure, or joy. A variety of biological

So happiness is state of mind, that mean you can have all the gold in world and not be happy, in Buddhism happiness is of virtue practice virtues act everyday will bring you happiness.

Part of happiness is also satisfaction and pleasure be able to find what you like to do and what you love.

Of course part of this happiness mean also not be worry about the money, be rich with an ethic is the most valuable asset we can do.

If we look to the world that not always the people who have everything are happy so should we reconsider our world for second ?

So happiness is combination of virtues act and also thinks we like do to, coming up on that question is what do you like to do ?

That way you will find an happy life .

Hate don't stop the problem

"It is natural for the immature to harm others.
Getting angry with them is like resenting a fire for burning."
Shantideva

I writing this post tonight because around me, everyday I see so much hate, when I was kid for me was the rage against the machine, that mean I was against the system and so on, later on I found life isn't that easy.

The more we develop hate, the more we will suffer, anger and hate are like bomb in our body even in Buddha dharma we believe hate and anger can damage our body.

Anger effect on body :
Emotional stress and anger trigger the release of stress hormone cortisol in the body. Small releases of cortisol can give the body a quick burst of energy. However, higher and more prolonged increases can bring into the body a host of negative effects.
It can create a blood sugar imbalance; it can decrease bone density, suppress the body’s immune response and make it susceptible to chronic inflammation; it can suppress thyroid function, slowing down the body’s metabolism; it can impair the brain’s thinking ability and increase blood pressure.
Anger can raise your heart rate to 180 beats a minute. It can raise your blood pressure from 120 over 80 to 220 over 130, perhaps even higher. Your breathing becomes rapid as you try to get more oxygen into your body. Your body tenses and and your muscles become tight.
When you become stressed, your mind is in survival mode and your body releases chemicals to clot the blood, creating a potentially dangerous situation: a clot can travel through the blood vessels the brain or heart, resulting in a stroke or heart attack.
Anger also impedes circulation. Lack of oxygen can cause severe chest pains. Uncontrollable anger can trigger the bursting of a brain artery resulting in a stroke. Tight neck and head muscles can cause tension headaches, migraines or lead to insomnia. Even your metabolism is at risk. Anger is blocked energy that can slow down your body`s metabolism. Stress and anger can trigger eating binges and weight gain.
Anger stimulates the release of acids in the stomach causing acid reflux and gastric ulcers. Anger can also compromise lung function.”

When we realise what effect cause the anger into our body and around us we should be really careful with this emotion, in our time the anger is the most stronger emotion we can see, in buddhism we saw anger like poison, this post come tonight because I have notice one of my friend really angry and on that I was thinking kindness is the only way that cure and heal, when we get angry it's we burning all our merit and destroying our body so like we say in France we have to watch anger like milk in pan.

Anger is not gift this poison make us weak day after day .

Monkey mind

The monkey mind (kapicitta) is a term sometimes used by the Buddha to describe the agitated, easily distracted and incessantly moving behaviour of ordinary human consciousness (Ja.III,148; V,445). Once he observed: ‘Just as a monkey swinging through the trees grabs one branch and lets it go only to seize another, so too, that which is called thought, mind or consciousness arises and disappears continually both day and night.’ (S.II,95). Anyone who has spent even a little time observing his own mind and then watched a troop of monkeys will have to admit that this comparison is an accurate and not very flattering one. On another occasion the Buddha said that a person with uncontrolled craving jumps from here to there like a monkey searching for fruit in the forest’ (Dhp.334). In contrast to this, the Buddha asked his disciples to train themselves so as to develop ‘a mind like a forest deer’ (miga bhūtena cetasā, M.I,450). Deer are particularly gentle creatures and always remain alert and aware no matter what they are doing.
Taming the Monkey Mind, Thubden Chodron, 1995.

People who have the monkey mind will always jump from things to another and will always be disturb, our society is a pure production of the Monkey mind we always jump to the one technology to another one we never satisfy and want always more.

When we look on that we don't have lot of antidote except the meditation, in the west like in the east the meditation become part of our life, change our monkey mind to a deep calm mind we drive us to have more compassion to each others.

Peoples who not meditate generally have all kind of problem and also jump always one subject to another like the monkey for the tree.

To calm definitively a monkey mind we have the ultimate solution of Shine meditation call also Samatha, we start to observe on through and let go with approving or following a though.

The better it's for those who have no experience is to start in group if you can, if not just build a calm space with no lot distraction actually you should cut all distraction to make a proper retreat, then site in proper position and just observe your breath and watch your trough at first that will be really difficult but you shouldn't give up.

When you start to be confident in your meditation it's always good to work on daily basis build a ground, you will observe your behaviour will change and your action and that the start on the path of your freedom.

Difference between knowing the path and walking the path

When we looking for something success or spirituality, we need to commit ourself 100 % on it and this reflection from the matrix is the really great that show you know something but not apply what we learn.

In Buddhism we talking on commitment to the practice that mean, we working on ourself observing what we doing wrong them we change what's wrong on us to not arm ourself and others.

Summary of the Ten Virtuous Actions

As a practical meditation exercise, one can take a vows to not do
these for a day, three days, a week, a month, etc. Ordained
individuals take all ten vows (for as long as they are ordained).
If one takes a vow and keeps it, one derives the postive karma
from this action. If one simply doesn’t do the negative action,
such as not killing and doesn’t take the vow, then one doesn’t
derive any postive karma from it (but obviously also doesn’t get
any negative karma from killing).

1. Not to take a life
2. Not to take what is not given
3. Avoid Sexual Misconduct
4. Not to Decieve
5. Avoid Slander of others
6. Avoid Harsh words
7. Avoid Empty Speech
8. Avoid Greedy Thoughts
9. Not to be Malicious
10. Avoid the Wrong View

In everyday life that work of every time because our society is really difficult for that, when in morning we take vow to do not arm others today it's real work.
Because each time we let our mind flow to fast or each time we let our ego take the lead that we lead us and others to pain.

When we break a vows the power of regret is the only one can help us, in the everyday life to follow the buddhist path it's fight for every hours and minute and second.

But keep a vow can help us to have really good karma.

Facebook addiction

I write this article because around me, I have observe lot of my friends are feeling this addiction and in the UK the NHS start to post on news papers some warning on that.

First know the symptom :

An American psychologist believes so. In fact, he’s even introduced a new term to describe such an addiction. FAD, or Facebook Addiction Disorder, is a condition that is defined by hours spent on Facebook, so much time in fact that the healthy balance of the individual’s life is affected. It has been said that approximately 350 million people are suffering from the disorder that is detected through a simple set of six-criteria. People who are victims of the condition must have at least 2-3 of the following criteria during a 6-8 month time period.
  1. Tolerance: This term is used to describe the desperate behavior of a Facebook addict. They spend an increasing amount of time on the site, coming to a stage where they need it in order to obtain satisfaction or on the other extreme, it is having a detrimental affect on them as a person and their life. For the family members and friends who think they are dealing with an addict, a sign to look out for are multiple Facebook windows open. Three or more confirms that they are indeed suffering from this condition.
  2. Withdrawal symptoms: These become obvious when one is restricted from using Facebook because they have to participate in normal everyday activities. Common signs are anxiety, distress and the need to talk about Facebook and what might have been posted on their wall in their absence.
  3. Reduction of normal social/recreational activities: Someone suffering from FAD will reduce the time spent catching up with friends, playing sport or whatever it is they used to enjoy doing, to simply spend time on Facebook. Instead of catching up with a friend for coffee, they will send a Facebook message. A dinner date will be substituted with a messenger chat. In extreme cases, the person will even stop answering their parent’s phone calls, instead insisting that they use Facebook to contact them.
  4. Virtual dates: It is obvious that things are extreme when real dates are replaced with virtual dates. Instead of going to the movies or out to dinner, they tell their partner to be online at a certain time.
  5. Fake friends: If 8 out of 10 people shown on their Facebook page are complete strangers, it is undeniable: they have a serious case of FAD.
  6. Complete addiction: When they meet new people, they say their name, followed by “I’ll talk to you on Facebook”, or for those who are extremely bad, “I’ll see you in Facebook”. Their pets have Facebook pages, and any notifications, wall posts, inboxes or friend requests that they receive give them a high, one which can be compared to that gambling addicts get from the pokies or roulette table.

If you feel that, that mean you maybe addict, one of my friend is also working in informatics for the University of Edinburgh and he told me how computer are addictive in bad way, on that I'm jumping on what have been observe today, all this addiction to the contact on mobile I think that the same of Facebook.

So to come back on subject our society is lost in the loneliness, that pure fact also most of the people staying ages on Facebook complain they have trouble to succeed in life, on that we can see what we need to give up to succeed, people want to succeed in life or in whatever things we like have to give up certain things.

For me facebook is good to stay in contact with friends but isn't good to be addict .

Be the change don't wait for the change

In this time of crisis we all waiting for something better, some who not find jobs start to study, other find other solution as well if we like to succeed there no others choice to invest in ourself.

Warren Buffet say the better investment you can make that on you, don't wait to someone to help you if you want to achieve something, it's better to work as one man army.

In our time we are really scared, because we don't know the future and so on, but something I learn with the  time, that success is not a strait line you will have to climb hill, you will have to run more time, you will have to work twice and keep always improve yourself to get what you want to get.

The Buddha Dharma have learn another thing, everything is impermanent that mean if you don't change write now maybe if you wait more, you will have even more difficulty to get where you like to get, another things the Buddha Dharma have learn me you are responsible 100 % for what you are and all you action that sound rude but yes, if you have fail that just the feedback of you have been doing something in the wrong way but that also mean you have been getting result not the one you like but like everything you will have to caring on to until you get what you want.

Don't wait the dream job come to you if you are not agree with yourself to make at least 5 hours per day to find it, don't wait for the perfect time to make your own company time will never come, most of the best company came out of crisis because they got a vision, don't wait for the perfect time to more courages to start to make sport you will come at middle age and you will never be courageous, all this example to show you, you are the change no politic leaders will change you life, you can have all the formula of success until you use will get nothing.

For the most 10 years I have study how to succeed and how to be both a successful person and spiritual person that sound totally different but most of the course I have follow, most of the seminar and Dharma teaching I have follow lead to the same, 1 motivation, 2 action if you are motivate and do nothing that will not work, if you making action without motivation you will get tired and stop.

This year I have set goals and I will reach it, my first dead line is the Tibetan new year and I know I have to work hard everyday to get it, I know I have to sacrifice what I'm for what I want to be for get the result I want no choice.
To finish this article one set your goal whatever you like, two do it strait a head, three never stop learning because what you learn in school, college or university isn't enough to succeed you will have to more about you and the world than ever, don't limit yourself, don't procrastinate life is short.

What's your dream ?

Yes that sound simple but if you look when you are now and the dream of your childhood there's maybe a big difference and gap.

When I was a  child my dream was to be musician and play around the world, I have reach this dream and do exactly that after that I was looking for the spiritual path the path and the master will give my life a purpose ones again I did it.

OK so the question is simple what's your dream, but that not so simple, because like say this song of Papa Roach reality f your dream.
Actually that true, most of us are in the job they just hate to do and the excuse is have to pay my bills.
Worst some wake up one day and simply hate what the they do, I have make this blog to give you an hand on what you want to reach, for me this vision is that how you climb a the stair.

When you know what is your dream and this dream drive you on, you will never feel discourage to get up earlier, you will never feel discourage to learn what you want to learn.
Another things protect your dream like lion because lot of people because they can't will do everything to screw you up and put you down.

Make this exercise if you have no limit what do you like to do ?

I open you this page for you, so if you like to have some advices on how reach your dream contact me on my email .

May all beings be happy

Vajrayogini

We talk about yidam like that my yidam and so on OK for me that not the case I like to not to say that when you look to Garchen Rinpoche or Tsem Tulku Rinpoche they practice most all the yidam we say that “ my yidam” and that a great example that this kind of ego clinging sometimes in my way to think block to reveal our true nature.

Like say Buddha see what is good on others not the bad, our society is good to look what's wrong on others and always repeat that to confirm that you doing bad things and in same time we glorify gangster in our movies  making them hero.

All Buddha dharma is good at the moment our society is sick of depression, repression, egocentric and so on, we say, we doing better but we still consume more and more, we need kindness, we need ego-less so yeah we need Vajrayogini like say Tsem Tulku Rinpoche, we need Vajrakilaya like say Garchen Rinpoche.

Our world need to get heal but we all waiting for our saviour but in one point we have see just a countless saviour, Buddha Shakyamuni have show us the way to not make bad karma, Jesus show us how to be good to others, Nanak have show us to help always others and so on .
How many saviour we need to stop our madness ?
By stress people will say " I have explode, became violent because of you2, ok come back on that, that come from real experience this story, one in our beautiful world we got all the teaching on Buddha dharma that show us how to change so no excuse, two if you are not on that there's coach for stress and anger management that mean also no excuse, so yes in the wild wild west we got everything to heal ourself and our world but we got also billion of excuses we say everyday to do not wake our stay late night or so on .

Then we complain, work with Buddha dharma have show me something it's the same in every way we don't get the result strait a head, to keep a result like everything you have one thing to do like say Milarepa work everyday and every night do not delay mediation .
In mondain world a coach we tell you the same actually you want get result learn new stuff keep your commitment and continue even if are in hell still walking, we live in pretty unkind world really mean, only the wises know what is the really issues in our world, when we look to our world if we will have really listen to the wise we will not maybe have reach the world peace but at list we will have a better life and less people down in all direction east to the west.

So yes we need Vajrayogini and Vajrakilaya and many more ….

No time to waste

Yesterday night I have listen the teaching from Garchen Rinpoche about impermanence and death, in our society we running after eternal youth and life, we want have more pleasure in our life have more time to complete for those looking for enlightenment to complete the path.

But in this teaching Garchen rinpoche have talk about how is great to remind you that everyday the impermanence of  life, because on side that motivate you to really practice the virtue and drop the no virtue, on another side like Milarepa himself that still possible to find enlightenment right here, right now.
So why waste time ?

When we look to our society and our scientific approach sometimes we miss the point, because we looking for proof or that and at the end when we see real siddhi power in front of us we want have this power but that again an ego clinging .

Garchen Rinpoche himself say the bigger power is the compassion and when we look to our society we should maybe think twice we life like gods full of pleasure and taste, we consume like virus sometimes, we loosing our time and when old life came we are desperate looking for immortality because we don't have been looking forward for the next step the death.

Life is not happiness for all the things we want we have to strive really hard just to get a little, so we should work hard in the two way like say Garchen rinpoche have the two eyes open. We need to work on our daily situation learn skills find work and so on, but we should not leave the dharma a side never ever, on some way doing that like say Garchen rinpoche it's big proof of total ignorance, because we don't stopping to do no virtues act and not changing the way we are to stop this act.

At the end we should be careful on what we do everyday, Daren hardy have right on this one you never stop to choose, every second life is fight, thinking we have time or thinking we are in this cosy place we have make so long time to get is wrong, we are passing a time and we should do our best to help others and by the way help oursel

Holy what ?

Holy war two words don't go together, both way that for the crusade or now what's happening in the world.

In my childhood I was Christian because my family is Christian, later not happy of the answers I have got from this path I look to the other side of Sufism.
But no answers for me was on this both path I respect the both path and still remember the both teaching and they was not question of holy war.

When you put Jihad on google you have billion of wrong things to come, when I remember the life of Mohammed the prophet , I remember he was away from people always meditating and he say the the greater Jihad is conquer the self.

Now if you look to Jesus teaching that even more simple, Jesus claim in the old testament battle against the devil but still the same inside battle of what describe Mohammed .

On that is the reason we should even more cultivate peace, knowing the cause and effect, the karma of this century isn't done and beings will even suffer more and that sadness of this post .

Crusade or Jihad or whatever we claim excuse for war, in Hakakure text is say that a Samurai never go to battle for no reason, today I have watch documentary on Alexander the great, when you look how he have take his part of the world and finally die in pure sufferance, I respect him as warrior and great tactician but I even respect more the pre-emptor Ashoka realise what he have done and change and became peaceful buddhist.

So holy or not war still war and that sad that mean sufferance in all kind of way and there's no holiness in war, we drag ourself to hell by that heavy practice, I remember this teaching from Tsem Tulku Rinpoche about the 9/11 so if you can imagine Mother Teresa all the good action she have do and so on, now imagine the saints all the good action they have do, now you can see Mother Teresa as saint she stay in heaven .
OK now look whatever they religion making bad action, killing do you think really this people we go to paradise ? Was his teaching that true when we look really on that even a good sense of logic can show you that, do a serial killer will have peaceful death not sure of that .

All religion are good if they practice the virtue, after that we should really not misinterpret what is the teaching of religion, because that can just drive us to war.

May all being be happy

Slave of habit

when we look on our daily life, who have never say that “ I do this as my habit” on that an interesting question arise.

Are we enslave of all this habit we got, when you world on self help you can see this view about change our bad habit into a good habit .

That the same for Buddhism but the yogis use to say we have to purify our habit to be closer of our Buddha nature, when we look on that, do we do things like machine sometimes.

Like if we have train our body in certain way the habit to react with certain cause will come, like an automatism, that working with everything in our life.

This habit also different us between who got good habit and succeed in life and who got bad habit and have some trouble in life.
But for the way of Buddha all this habit are samsara, coming to circle and circle again, like for the Buddha the habit of doubt is dreadful .

So we losing contact of what we are, with all this habit we never stop to cultivate whatever is for our success or not, we most of the time at the end losing our tracks of what human is really.

On that way an habit can be good if we cultivate really good habit like honestly, discipline and so on but when that go to the other way we become the worst of the worst such as lazy, angry and many more.

Most of the lamas told we must practice good habits, at the end change or mechanical way to life with a good way life and feel less mechanical that the start of freedom.

Life of the Buddha part 1

The birth of the Buddha

The birth of the historical Buddha, take place in Lumbini on border of present day Nepal, Buddha was born in royal Hindu family, from his father the king Suddhodana and his mother the queen Maha Maya.

On the night the Buddha was conceived the queen Maya dreamt that a white elephant entered her right side and ten months later Siddhartha was born.
As was the Shakya tradition when his mother queen Maya became pregnant, she left Kalipvastu for her father's kingdom to give birth, on the way at Lumbini in the garden beneath a sal tree her son was born.

In India the tradition say “ the Buddha was born in full moon day”, seven day later Buddha's mother died, the infant was given the name of Siddhartha meaning “he who achieves his aim” during the birth celebrations, the hermit Asita journeyed from his mountain abode and announced that the child would either become a great king or a great holy man.

Compassion in our world

Few days ago I have been waking up by this huge to recite Chenrezig mantra, feeling our world need more compassion than ever.

The day after I just saw in the cinema the impossible and that have also remind me the meditation on precious human life, life is precious and be destroy like bubble .

I'm focusing on practice before do the Losar practice I also rest because the dragon year have been really hard.

And all this reflection have make me realise so much how we need compassion in our world today, how the Chenrezig mantra can help numbers of beings.

For those who read my blog I send you this call, please recite Om Mani Peme Hung that will help countless beings the power of compassion is more stronger of the power of ego.

So after the Losar I will post on the life of the Buddha part 1, Tibetan Buddhist lineage part 1 and a new post I will about the different Buddha and Bodhisattvas may all being be happy.

Sunday 13 January 2013

Losar preparation

Last year I don't have do the losar preparation because I have move and I was a bit lazy and I have see the big difference between 2011 and 2012  .

So this year I will start tomorrow until the 11 of February the losar preparation, usually we pray for the dharma protector to clear obstacles for the year coming, yes for me year don't have start the 31 December but the 11 February, my aspiration is to liberate all beings like it always be and last year I miss a lot doing that practice, the chance I have is to be closer both of really high lama and this kind of influences help you to not fall in deep samsara .

After that I will work on the article on the Buddha and Tibetan Buddhism Lineage, I will also follow the advice of Dorzin Rinpoche and work on dharma more and more .

Even if I'm not Tibetan I wish all Tibetan may be free .

Work like hell

Today I have look to my horoscope and just realise how much I was influence by this, then I start to have
look on who was born in my birth date then I also realise if then can achieve I can achieve to .

That come to this post now both in dharma in life we all have the buddha nature and that not an horoscope will guide us and even show us the way to act when we want succeed.

Since most than a year I don't have TV I have drop it was thinking that not good because that influence you in the bad way.
Now I just terminate my daily horoscope because I think that the same as the TV, the stars will not tell you your destiny, whatever you are born you are in control of your life not others.

Some of this science maybe will show you some part of your personality but that cannot told you what you are because that only you know that nobody else.

Peter Drucker say : The best way to predict future is to create it

life is small battle everyday not again somebody but against ourself because we have so many belief we have change it to gain the success we want to make.

Today I realise horoscope and all this people cannot predict whatever they say because our true nature our buddha nature is more far beyond that, our buddha nature is limitless so unpredictable.

To succeed in life and everything we want, it's change bad habit for good habit, change bad belief for good, change yourself day after day even if some people told you no you cannot do that do it !
And work like hell to get what you want to get .

Make those who think you are like this or like that lie, show to yourself you can be successful not for those who judge or predict you are not able but for yourself, now I have definitively drop my horoscope and don't want see it again never, ever and that same things of the Mayan Calendar they predict apocalypse but we still a live so some people play with us dirty game and that you can change it by decide you create your life .
Only Buddha can see future clearly, look Guru Rinpoche saw the Dharma will be in USA and grow around the world what's happening the buddha dharma is around the world .

The beggar with the precious jewel

When we practice sometimes the life try to pouch on side and this voice start to talk in your head saying “ Life is fun you don't need to practice “ actually when you look really to life, life isn't so fun and life isn't so easy .

Dowa Rinpoche say “ if you look how many people practice the Buddha dharma in your town you will never make a gap in practice because there's few and he say also if you look to concert of whatever group or artist there's billion of person coming if you look for the Dalai lama who's the buddhist rock star there's only few not a billion who practice the virtue”

when we look to our life we pretty striving for everything, you can even recall the rocky speech on life ( Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t how hard you hit; it’s about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done. Now, if you know what you’re worth, then go out and get what you’re worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hit, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you are because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain’t you. You’re better than that! )
we all know life is a battlefield we need to strive and making effort to get what we want in life but on some way that good, but sometimes we forget that not the most important, Garchen Rinpoche say : “ when we start to forget or dharma practice it's like the beggar giving away a precious jewel just for some piece of bread”

sometime we step easy on I'm tired and don't want do that because, but we can find always the way to practice myself when I feel to exhaust I find the way to do the short practice and change the hour my practice that working pretty well.

The quest of enlightenment is the most important in life and that true like say Dowa rinpoche again “ In life you have up and down, in dharma practice even the buddha say you will be always happy” if you really practice the Buddha dharma, everything you will do will be something great and that will make you happy, but Karmapa Trinley Thaye Dorje say himself “ you don't have to practice exhaust that mean your mind have to be clear to practice that will bring result” at the end that the right balance what we call the middle path will bring result.

But that also working in life when we forget our own potential and start to look down and this teaching is apply on both side and both eyes like say Garchen rinpoche we should have both eyes open, the spiritual and material .

The Buddha

You can do it

Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time
Thomas A Edison

I want to write that because in all this years I have been falling and get up again and one of my problem was this people was always put me down because they not believe in themselves.

Life is a battlefield and you have to be confident in what you do and what you are no matter what say people to you say always to yourself you can do it.

If you want become what you want to become work hard everyday, I take this philosophy of life I sleep less than others and learn more everyday and never stop to learn new stuff.

Be a real punk you don't care to fit in the society it's better to be a wolf leading a sheep than sheep leading a wolf, let's no one told you that the reality that false.

The difference between success and realism is simple if Edinson in his time was thinking the light bubble was not possible may we will still have candle as light in our home.

Say always to yourself it's possible, it's possible no matter of the event or what's happening around you, you will make it if you say to yourself it's possible.

What's coming next

Ok I will talk about the Buddha dharma this time, I have plan to talk about the life of Buddha and his teaching.

Also I will talk about the different form of Buddhism because Buddhism is a really a rich cultural path to follow.

After that I have plan to speak about the different lineages of Tibetan Buddhism and also plan to speak about the Zen Buddhism this two are my main spiritual feed I always used in reference in my practice.

You will talk about the Bushido code what I follow and also talk about some Samurai I found really interesting to have some values to learn from them because I have integrate my two path yogi path of taking every life experience as the dharma and the Samurai path of both martial arts and philosophy.

Actually today I realise how I was lucky how I learned so much during this years and this new year for it's time for action.

I speak like speak and write the way I write for some that maybe annoying but I don't care !

Kindness Compassion

The essence of compassion is to copy how you relate with your child (in your relationships with others). The problem is how much you want to be the head of the family or the ringleader of your friends. You know, if that ambition is not there, but you have a genuine willingness to share, that is precisely the concept of sangha, or the Buddhist community, in traditional terms. You are willing to be friends with everybody, but at the same time you are not particularly taking credit. You don’t make people depend on you. Everybody can stand on his or her own feet. The ideal of helping is to make others independent of you. You help them to become more independent rather than making them addicted to you.
Chogyam Trungpa

In our world be kind and compassion sound sometimes weak but in our time that the most strong attitude and behavior we should develop .

Our world have never change since kalpas as say Buddha himself the same suffering coming and never end, Garchen Rinpoche have say in Vajrakilaya Teaching, just have look on what's happening in Japan and you will have a simple idea of hell.

That true that if we look just to our daily news our world is everything but in peace, war is everywhere, people suffering by all kind of sufferance even in our modern country and time, we think that we are happy but that an illusion.

So in this terrible world we live do kindness and compassion can be the way to heal us from all of this ?

The more kind we will act the more kind the world will change we can see the result of our behavior right now, look just now in your google news or BBC news whatever ! Try this if you don't see one story of war our murder our somebody suffering.

When you realize that, then you realize also you need to heal yourself from that and also heal other that the work on compassion and kindness

Self help

This topic will be a link to our daily life I use a lot of tools from the self help myself, I feel that the perfect link between Dharma and life I hope you will enjoy this rubric .

Can you afford to not practice Dharma ?

This morning this question rise to me, I have make 33 years to find my Lama, lucky me I have all his past teaching in Mp3 so I can understand the the way I have to carry on practice, lucky me again I have receive from him some blessing and empowerment really important .

But if you look to the situation to correct behavior and habit you need work hard, Milarepa himself to become enlighten say practice all time, Garchen rinpoche my lama say Lord Jigten Sumgon we should practice day and night to get enlighten .

So if you make this simple math because we all got bad behaviour and habit, because it's take time to change and become a better person, most of us should never stop practice .

I have make 33 years to find my Vajra Master that mean I spend the rest to study others dharma and look for spiritual masters have help me to change my behavior and so on but if you look to my example, 0 to 10 year samsaric life, 16 to 20 start to look for spiritual life and change but still samsaric life, 20 to 28 I found my Vajra master and take refuge in Buddha dharma, so if you take your age and look for how long you have been looking for your master and how long it take to change a simple habit most of us have hard work .

The real reward we get at the end is compassion, wisdom, that the reward and the change or our behavior and habit, we look also to change our life but if we don't practice we don't change our habit if we don't change our habit we still do the same thing, if we do the same things we got the same result.
