Something to learn from a bike

I remember saying to my mentor, “If I had more money, I would have a better plan.” He quickly responded, “I would suggest that if you had a better plan, you would have more money.” You see, it’s not the amount that counts; it’s the plan that counts.”
Jim Rohn

I learn something today from riding my new bike, you cannot ride a bike if everything isn't set well,  that working for life and everything else.

If we don't take care of our finance and so on everything run away yes this post is in financial independence, long time I don't have make a self help post, Garchen Rinpoche first teaching with him was keep the two eyes open both spiritual and material because you can lose the track as bike, to ride the bike you need the two wheel as life you need the two wheel, spiritual and material.

But that start from where do you want to start ?

For myself I start from this desire to help others, that my vocation to make everything to help others both spiritual and material, the both go together.
In our modern time we have to take care of everything what's coming, what's coming out but I don't say be realistic that be fool, take care of our money is more simple than what we think on some way if we keep our money greedily the guaranteed you that on one way or another this will go away.

Jim Rohn again use to say something from the bible and that sound really interesting to know that :

he say, Jesus say first pay Caesar, then pay the Church, then pay your need, then pay yourself .

So Caesar here mean the tax sound strange in our time where's all kind of crises but yeah be an happy tax payer because tax make what we complain all time running, we have the power of making our cities and infrastructure, Jim Rohn use to say if we were in communist country that will be like that “ Government take all your money you people are to much Dum for invest money well”
think about that ! We complain everyday about this or that our government isn't what we expect ok well, but we are the bank of the government we got all the power, because we see all that bank have this or that but who put money on bank again us, so first pay your duty.

The Church here mean the charity, be charitable first because you will feel better about yourself because you help others, in buddhism that call Dana that really a part important of the process and to give and that will make the difference between total greediness and generosity, you will feel better inside and that the biggest asset you can have.
So give to a charity, by give time and money, the both even better, give to your local Church, Mosque, Temple, Sangha whatever you feel but give that a greater mind asset you can make.

Then pay your needs, that's mean whatever if your shopping closing everything you really need to live with a part of fun inside but don't forget this is to become free from the boundary of financial slavery your so that mean use only the essential.
Something that hard but no pain no gain, that the way to get you out of where you are right here right now.

Last is pay yourself, put your the rest of your money somewhere you can invest I mean saving and assets that will bring you money back on different way that the way you will break free, invest also on yourself learn new things, by that you will get out.

And don't  forget your spiritual path the two wheel or the two eyes like say Garchen rinpoche both work together, in buddhism we say merit and virtues in our time we have to have a lot of merit to gain to enlightenment and also to build a good life that's mean we have to work on virtue on daily basis, work on daily basis that mean also forget to be angry and forget the harsh speech my post is between self help and Buddhism because since I have start the path I have clearly analyse how life and spiritual work together and we have to be vigilant,  cause and effect never stop, that not because you do something wrong today they will have no cause no worry the cause will come by one way or another, the bike of life is like that, you can ride on one wheel if you like but at the end you will have some trouble so it's better to ride safe, both eyes open and both wheel on road, life is work on everyday life, on some way we can be bankrupt of merit and our life will be stuck but that not a shame we can change that work on our goal and not forget our goal is enlightenment that the bigger goal of our life.

May all beings be happy
